ABOUT RAFFI TORRES

Canadian left winger played for the Islanders Oilers, Blue Jackets, and Sabres before joining the Coyotes in 2011.

He won a bronze medal at the World Junior Championships with Russia's junior national squad in 2011.

He played two seasons in the Ontario Hockey League before making his NHL debut with the Islanders in 2001.

He married Gianna Torres in 2009.

He was teammates with David Moss on the Phoenix Coyotes in 2011.
