NFL wide receiver that signed his first professional contract with the Baltimore Ravens in 2022. He was later signed by the New England Patriots in October 2022. Prior to his professional career, he played college football at The Citadel.

He is a graduate of Allatoona High School in Acworth, Georgia. While there, he was a member of the football, swimming and track and field teams.

He made his official NFL debut playing against the Miami Dolphins during week two of the 2022 regular season. He and the Ravens lost the game 42-38. While at The Citadel, he also ran track. He posts about his life and career on his verified raleigh_webb Instagram account.

He grew up living with his family in Acworth, Georgia. He has featured his girlfriend Sharlissa on his Instagram.
