Indian film actress who appeared in several films such as Jaani Dushman: Ek Anokhi Kahani, Pen Singam, Jurmana, Judwaa, Bavagaru Bagunnara?, and Kadhala Kadhala.
She was discovered by director Hariharan after he saw her act as Amman for a song for her school's Annual Day competition.
Her first film role was Thangamani in the 1992 Malayalam film Sargam.
She married Indhran Pathmanathan in April 2010. She has two daughters, Laanya and Sasha.
She co-starred alongside Dileep and Kalabhavan Mani in the 2011 film The Filmstaar.
