ABOUT RAúL ROMA
One half of the Latin pop duo Río Roma with his brother Jose Luis Roma . The pair released the debut album Al Fin Te Encontré in 2011 and would go on to release several more albums, EPs, and compilations.
Before the formation of Río Roma, he and his brother recorded the 2008 norteño album Josel y Raúl.
In 2015, Río Roma earned a TVyNovelas award nomination for Best Musical Theme for "Hoy es un buen día."
He was born in Tulancingo to José Luis Ortega Pineda and María Teresa Castro de Ortega.
In 2016, Río Roma provided the musical theme for Vino el amor, a telenovela created by Jose Alberto Castro .
