Fitness personality and bodybuilder popular on Instagram with more than 100,000 people following her becchambersfit account. She is notable for often posting photos of herself eating doughnuts and other high-carbohydrate foods unlike other fitness bloggers.

She returned to Instagram in November of 2014 after the network deleted her account. Her reintroduction post was of The Simpsons character Homer Simpson with a caption reading "If you need me, I'll be in the refrigerator."

She would blog about fitness on a website called ILikeToLiftThings.

She began a relationship with fellow fitness guru Nick Cheadle in 2012.

She once used a picture of Meg Ryan from When Harry Met Sally... for a meme she created in November of 2014.
