Most well known for her role as Stella Knight on the long-running series M.I. High , she also previously played the recurring role of Jen Bracken on Nearly Famous.
Her first screen acting role was as role in the 1998 telemovie Alice Through the Looking Glass.
Outside her television roles, she has appeared in successful feature films like Intimacy, Killing Me Softly, and Blood Trails.
She has one daughter, who has occasionally appeared in photos on her Instagram account.
In 2000, she joined Geoffrey Rush and Kate Winslet in the cast of the biopic Quills.
