ABOUT RICHARD GREENBERG
Playwright who wrote the 2003 Tony Award-winning play Take Me Out. He was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize in 1998 and 2003.
He graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University and began attending Yale's playwriting program in 1985.
He became the first winner of the PEN/Laura Pels Award for a playwright in the middle of his career.
His father Leon was an executive for New York's Century Theaters.
His Broadway play Dance of Death starred Oscar-nominated actor David Strathairn .
