ABOUT RILEY CARTER MILLINGTON
English actor known for playing Kyle Slater in the BBC soap opera EastEnders from 2015 to 2016. He was the first transgender man to play a transgender character in British soap history. In 2015, the Independent on Sunday named him in its Rainbow List as the most influential LGBTI person in the UK. He was the first transgender man to top the list.
He studied drama at Eccles Sixth Form Centre. He attended the University of Central Lancashire.
He played Troy Walker in the series Screw. In January 2017, he appeared in TLC's Celebrity Fat Fighters series. He appeared in a 2021 episode of The Emily Atack Show starring Emily Atack .
In 2018 he got engaged to Carlene Holton.
His casting in EastEnders was praised by Paris Lees as "the biggest thing to happen for the transgender community in Britain this decade."
