Television writer and producer known for working on series' such as Everwood , Pushing Daisies , Gilmore Girls , Once Upon a Time in Wonderland , Eastwick and Hart of Dixie . She developed and executive-produced The CW series Privileged. She was an executive producer on the series Mistresses . She was a writer and consulting producer on the series Superman & Lois .

At 21, she did a Writers Guild of America internship on the Fox comedy Ned and Stacey.

Her early writing jobs included the sitcom Guys Like Us and the series Jack & Jill. In 2001, she scored her big break when Greg Berlanti hired her as a writer on the teen drama series Dawson's Creek . She has earned over a dozen credits as a producer throughout her career.

In 2008, she married actor Scott Weinger . In 2009, they welcomed a son.

Her series Privileged starred Joanna Garcia and Lucy Hale .
