ABOUT ROBERT SHEARMAN

Writer for Dr. Who, he also wrote several plays for BBC Radio 4, including Teacher's Pet, and the book Wanting to Believe.

He attended the University of Exeter , where he was an actor in various stage productions.

His book Tiny Deaths won the Best Collection award at the World Fantasy Awards and was shortlisted for the Edge Hill Short Story Prize.

He married a woman named Anna Maria.

His book Wanting to Believe is an examination of the TV show X-Files, which starred David Duchovny .
