ABOUT ROLAND LEE GIFT

British singer and actor who rose to fame as the front man of the pop group Fine Young Cannibals. He launched his acting career in 1987 with a role in the film Sammy and Rosie Get Laid. From 1993 to 1997, he played Xavier St. Cloud in the science fantasy action-adventure series Highlander.

He was a member of British ska band Akrylykz before joining Fine Young Cannibals.

People magazine named him one of their 50 Most Beautiful People in 1990. He toured with Jools Holland in 2013.

He grew up with three sisters and one brother. He has two sons.

He and Andy Cox were bandmates in Fine Young Cannibals.
