American singer best known for his work with the legendary soul group The Temptations .

He sang in his grandfather's gospel group, Southern Gospel Six.

He recorded his first solo album, the holiday album Christmas...My Favorite Holiday, in 2004.

His grandfather Horace Presson had his own radio show as well as a gospel group.

He replaced singer Eddie Kendricks in The Temptations.
