Ronnie Bull
ABOUT RONNIE BULL
Former NFL running back who is best known for his tenure with the Chicago Bears between 1962 and 1970. He was named the 1962 NFL-NFC Rookie of the Year, and won the 1963 NFL Championship at Wrigley Field.
He played running back for the University of Baylor from 1958-1961. He played in the college all-star game as a senior, as well as the East-West shrine game.
He was one of the inaugural inductees into the Texas High School Hall of Fame in 1985. In 2001, he was inducted into the Chicagoland Sports Hall of Fame.
His wife's name is Connie Travland.
He became the second consecutive Chicago bears #1 draft pick to finish as rookie of the year after Mike Ditka .
