ABOUT ROSHAWN FRANKLIN
Debuting in 2000 with a recurring role as Joe in the television series Opposite Sex, he has continued to guest-star in numerous high-profile shows including JAG, Without a Trace, NYPD Blue, Weeds, NCIS, Scrubs, and Bones, among others.
His fifth grade teacher helped turn his life around by giving him the part of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in a school play. His performance was received by a standing ovation which inspired his dreams of becoming an actor.
He had recurring roles in the series 7th Heaven, 24, and Like Family.
He was born in Forrest City, Arkansas. His mother's name is Gwendolyn.
