ABOUT SAKSHI TANWAR
Known best for her role as Parvati Agarwal in the soap opera Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, this Indian actress also starred in the television shows Kutumb and Devi and appeared in the 2011 film Mohalla Assi.
She began her entertainment career as the host of a music program called Albela Sur Mela. She played her first starring role in the 1999 soap opera Rajdhani.
She played the main protagonist, Priya Ram Kapoor, in the soap opera Bade Achhe Lagte Hain.
A native of Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India, she later settled in Mumbai.
She and Avika Gor were both in the cast of the Indian soap opera Balika Vadhu.
