Tokyo-born actress who played Anna Stern in The O.C. from 2003 to 2006 and played Kara Fratelli in Not Another Teen Movie .

While growing up, she spent time living in Japan, Hawaii, Malaysia and China.

She appeared in a 2001 episode of The X-Files titled "Lord of the Flies."

Samaire's parents are Hunter Armstrong and Sylvia Sepielli. Her name means dawning sun in Gaelic. She has a son named Calin.

Peter Gallagher starred in The O.C., where she made several appearances in seasons one and three.
