Social media star and fitness enthusiast who has gained popularity for her self-titled YouTube channel where she posts recipes, nutrition and workout content. Her videos have earned her over 500,000 subscribers on the platform. She later became the creator behind the workout program known as FORM and co-host of the podcast Transform.

She launched her YouTube channel in January 2020.

One of her most popular YouTube videos is a 10-minute ab workout, and has received over 4 million views.

She was born in Colombia but later resided in Los Angeles. She became engaged to social media star JT Barnett but they later broke things off in 2023.

She posted a YouTube workout video with Sanne Vloet in August 2020.
