ABOUT SANDRA HüLLER
German actress who earned critical acclaim for her starring role in Requiem, a 2006 drama film based on the real-life struggles of Anneliese Michel. She followed up with critically acclaimed performances in Above Us Only Sky, Toni Erdmann, and Sisi & I. Her television credits include the crime drama series Polizeiruf 110 and the miniseries Pinocchio.
She attended the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts.
She won several awards for her performance in Requiem, including the Silver Bear for Best Actress. She speaks German, English, and French. In 2023, she played Sandra in the award-winning movie Anatomy of a Fall.
She was born in Suhl, East Germany.
She and Tom Rhys Harries worked together on the cast of Sisi & I.
