Pop singer who is best recognized for having been a contestant on season 15 of The Voice . She is also known for having been the winner of the 107.5 WGCI award for "Next to Blow Out of Chicago".

She first started earning recognition in November of 2016 when she performed at a screening of the Fox series Star . In July of 2017, she was interviewed on the IHeartRadio Station on WGCI Chicago. In April of 2018, she landed a role in a production of Jesus Christ Superstar and in September of 2018, she debuted on The Voice .

She is known for having been nominated for CMA's R&B Entertainer of the Year award.

She was born and raised in Markham, Illinois to a single mother and seven siblings who shared her passion for singing.
