ABOUT SARA DäBRITZ

Professional soccer player who is recognized for having played the midfield position for both Bayern Munich and Germany's national women's teams. In 2016, she assisted in Germany bringing home a gold medal from the Summer Olympics.

She began her soccer career playing for Spielvereinigung Sportverein Weiden e.V.

In 2014, she was the recipient of the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup Bronze Shoe award.

She is the daughter of Günter and Aurelia Däbritz.

Both she and Melanie Leupolz played for FC Bayern Munich Women.
