Sarah Rees Brennan
ABOUT SARAH REES BRENNAN
Irish writer, novelist, and author who is best known for her novels, "The Demon's Lexicon," "Untold," "Unmade," and "In Other Lands."
She began writing at the age of five. She received a Creative Writing MA from Kingston University in London. She worked as a librarian in Surrey, England before moving to Dublin.
In the year 2017, she was diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma. She was able to fight and eventually beat the disease. Also in the year 2017, The New York Times included In Other Lands on their list of the fall's best young adult fantasy novels.
She has two brothers named Saul Rees and Rory Rees Brennan. She also has a younger sister.
She and J.K. Rowling are both Young Adult Authors.
