Actor who became known for his recurring role in the HBO series Insecure as Alejandro 'Dro' Peña. His film debut was Draft Day in 2014. In 2023, he played AJ in the mystery thriller film Among the Beasts.

He first appeared in the music video for the Pharrell Williams song " Happy " as a dancer in 2013.

In addition to his acting, he is also a successful writer and was a part of the writing staff on the television series Vital Signs.

He was born in Philadelphia but was raised in Los Angeles. He welcomed a daughter named Zen in 2018 with his girlfriend Dominque Perry.

He stars alongside Issa Rae on Insecure.
