Actor who appeared as Detective Glen McIntyre in the TV series Miami Vice . He also had a recurring role on Melrose Place as Nick Reardon.

He got his start on Broadway by playing a member of The James Early Band in the 1981 musical Dreamgirls.

He had recurring roles in The Division for six episodes and Baywatch for four episodes.

He was born in Washington D.C. and died in Los Angeles.

His last role before his tragic passing was in the film Holes, which starred a young Shia LaBeouf .
