Sean Farren

ABOUT SEAN FARREN

Former politician and member of the Northern Ireland Assembly that served from the year 1996 until the year 2007. He also served as a member of the New Ireland Forum during the 1980's and the Social Democratic and Labour Party for North Antrim.

He is a graduate of the National University of Ireland. He also attended the University College of Dublin and the University of Essex.

In addition to his political career, he is also a well-respected book author. Since publishing his first book "The Politics of Irish Education" in the year 1995, he has since released multiple books. He is a predecessor of the Northern Ireland Good Friday Agreement.

He lives along with his wife Patricia and their children in Portstewart, Ireland. He is a father of four.
