ABOUT SEO TAIJI

South Korean singer and songwriter who found success as a member of the eclectic and influential group Seo Taiji and Boys. The band debuted in the year 1992 with their single "I Know," which was honored at the third Seoul Music Awards.

Before forming Seo Taiji and Boys, he briefly played bass guitar for the heavy metal band Sinawe.

His song "Ultramania" won the Mnet Asian Music Award for Best Band Performance in the year 2000. His seotaiji YouTube channel, which features concert videos, has racked up more than 140,000 subscribers. In the year 1998, he released his debut solo album, Seo Tai Ji.

He and actress Lee Eun-sung tied the knot in the year 2013. They welcomed their first child in the year 2014.

He and Yang Hyun-suk performed together in Seo Taiji and Boys.
