Child mathematical prodigy and author of The World of Homosexuals, the first study about homosexuality in India. As a result of her talent for mental calculation, she became known as the "Human computer."

As a child, she embarked on a world tour in which she demonstrated her amazing mathematical ability.

In 1982, she received a Guinness World Record for her mental multiplication of two thirteen-digit numbers.

She had one child, Anupama Banerji, with her ex-husband Paritosh Banerji.

Robert Wadlow was also a Guinness World Record holder.
