Classically trained violinist and actress who rose to fame after being cast on the Channel 8 series While We Are Young. She was professionally represented by 3x Media Productions Starlist Artist Management.

She won the National Piano and Violin Competition in 2013.

She was an avid ultimate frisbee player in school.

She is the daughter of former actress Chen Xiuhuan .

She and fellow TV actress Erika Tham were both born in Singapore.
