ABOUT SHAUN PELAYO

Actor and model who starred as Jaime in the 2022 crime drama film Boy in the Corner. He is also a prominent internet personality, with over 270,000 followers on his shaun_pelayo Instagram account. He has been featured on and interviewed for popular podcasts including Goomspod, The Pre Game Show Podcast, and The Podcast Club UK. He is also a Fashion Nova brand ambassador and has appeared in advertisements for brands such as Yes Auto and Paddy Power.

He attended Worcester University, where he played collegiate basketball and trained three times a day. He was approached by a scout for the Plymouth Raiders and went on to play professional basketball before deciding to take a chance on the entertainment industry. He earned his first modelling gig with a major brand after the COVID-19 lockdown. He made his acting debut in the 2019 film The Informer.

War Paint for Men skincare and cosmetic company interviewed him for the second episode of their web docuseries Don't Hold Back in September of 2022. In the episode, he shared the story of his modest upbringing and motivation to become the first in his family to own a home.
