ABOUT SHEILA ALLEN
Famous for her role as Cassie Manson on the 1970s ITV shows Bouquet of Barbed Wire and Another Bouquet, she is also notable for her stage work with the Bristol Old Vic and the Royal Shakespeare Company.
She played her first leading stage role in a 1954 Birmingham production of Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew.
Her film credits include appearances in The Other Side of the Underneath, The Prince and the Pauper, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, and Love Actually.
The daughter of Dorothy Potter and William Allen, she grew up in Somerset, England. She passed away in London at the age of seventy-eight.
She and Patrick McGoohan appeared together in a 1964 episode of the ITV series Danger Man.
