ABOUT SHOWTARO MORIKUBO

Japanese singer and voice over artist best known for his voice roles on anime series like "Naruto" and films like "Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children." As a singer, he has released a number of albums, including "Exclaim" and "Frigid."

He attended Tama Art University but dropped out.

His song "Moon Light" was used as the theme song for the video game Mega Man X6.

He was married to fellow voice actress Yu Asakawa from 2007 to 2009.

He and Yuri Lowenthal have both voiced characters on the popular anime series "Naruto."
