Food blogger, foodie, writer, online content creator, social media personality, and Instagram star who is known for the blog Spoonful of Si. She shared Greek family recipes, easy meal ideas and rotating seasonal recipes.

She joined Instagram in November of 2017.

Her popular recipes include Greek style tzatziki chicken salad and Greek lamb chops with mint yogurt sauce. She earned more than 350,000 followers on her spoonfulofsi Instagram account. She's also known to regularly publish YouTube shorts.

Her family originates from the island of Kefalonia. She has childhood memories of helping her YiaYia (grandmother) in the kitchen.

She said her family gatherings looked like the film My Big Fat Greek Wedding which was written by and starred Nia Vardalos .
