ABOUT SONGUL ODEN

After starring in the wildly popular Turkish television series Gumus, this actress made her cinematic debut in the 2009 film Aci Ask.

After attending the Turkish Academy of Theatrical Arts, she made her television debut in the 1999 series Ferhunde Hanimlar.

Her numerous honors include a 2008 Ismet Kuntay Theatre Award and a 2011 Siyaset Magazine Award.

She was born in Diyarbakir, Turkey, and raised in Ankara.
