ABOUT SOPHI
Pop singer who broke out in 2015 with the release of her acclaimed single "Medication." The song made her a semifinalist at the International Songwriting Competition as well as the Unsigned Only Music Competition.
Her original recordings had a much different sound than the one she would later pursue. Her song "Free for the Moment," written when she was twelve years old, was used by DirecTV.
She was chosen to be a member of the House of Blues Music Forward Advisory Board for 2016.
Her father is from New York and her mother is from Tennessee.
She has worked with James Sanger, producer for artists like Madonna , Kylie Minogue and Annie Lennox .
