Defender and defensive midfielder who signed with Chelsea FC Women in 2018. She previously played for the team from 2012 to 2013. She began her career with Cardiff City, before moving on to Bristol Academy and Liverpool FC Women. Her ingle08 Instagram account features milestone celebrations, travel, and sports content.

As a youth, she played for Vale Wanderers and Dinas Powys. The Vale Wanderers were a boys team.

She was nominated for a FIFA Puskas Award in 2020, for a goal against Arsenal FC Women. She has amassed 70,000 fans on her Instagram page.

She was born in Wales.
