ABOUT STAN RICHARDS

Best remembered for his role as Seth Armstrong on British soap opera "Emmerdale."

Prior to becoming an actor, he was a pub pianist and a stand-up comedian.

In 2005, he was posthumously honored for his life and work at the British Soap Awards.

He married Susan in 1952.

He started on "Emmerdale" with Ronald Magill .
