She started posting to Instagram in May 2017 and it was initially a private account of her struggles and joys. She later made it public because she believed it was important to share every part of her life, even if it was messy.

Her Instagram account was verified in April 2023. Her social media presence is characterized by vulnerable posts about her own struggles with depression and anxiety, being married to someone with a heart disease, and raising two children with autism.

She lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband, and their son and daughter.
