Pop singer who is best known as an Indian playback singer. She has released more than 300 songs in the span of her career along with performing more than 1000 live shows. Her first major track as a playback singer was "Lihalu Humke Humse Chheen" in the film Jogi Ji Dheere Dheere in 2008. She has earned over 230,000 followers on her iamsupriyajoshiofficial Instagram account where she shares her music.
She made a name for herself as a finalist on the reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa in 2005.
She has worked as a Ghazal Singer on All India Radio. She has lent her voice to Bollywood films such as Satya 2, Salim, Sharma ji ki Lag Gayi, and Pichaikaran.
Her father is Upadesh Kumar Joshi.
She was a playback singer in the Bollywood film Salim in 2014 starring Vijay Antony .
