Stage and screen actress who is most famous for her roles on Crossing Jordan, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and Star Trek: The Next Generation.

After studying theater at Buffalo State College, she attended the prestigious Yale School of Drama.

She played the role of Maggie Harris in a 2004 film entitled Happy Family.

She grew up in both Manhattan Beach, California and Webster, New York.

She appeared with Samuel L. Jackson in a 1996 film entitled The Great White Hype.
