ABOUT SUSAN HARRIS
Prolific television writer who is known for having created the Emmy Award-winning sitcoms Soap and The Golden Girls . She created 13 comedy series and was inducted into the Television Hall of Fame in 2011.
The first script that she sold professionally was for the series Then Came Bronson.
She is a co-founder of the production company Witt/Thomas/Harris Productions.
She married Paul Junger Witt in 1983.
She created The Golden Girls which starred Betty White and Bea Arthur .
