Former actress widely recognized for her portrayal of Boof in the 1985 film Teen Wolf, starring Michael J. Fox . She has also appeared in episodes of television series such as Charles in Charge and 21 Jump Street , starring Johnny Depp .
In 1979, she earned her college degree from Saint Mary's College of Notre Dame in Indiana. She later earned a master's degree in design and manufacturing.
She is a member of the Los Angeles Parks & Recreation advisory board.
In 1992, she married producer of A Simple Wish , Jonathan Sheinberg. Together, they have 3 children.
She played the role of Debby in the 1982 film Zapped!, starring Scott Baio and Willie Aames .
