ABOUT SUZANNE YOUNG
Author of the critically acclaimed Program series and novels, including Girls with Sharp Sticks, All in Pieces, Poet Anderson and Hotel for the Lost. She has published novels under prestigious labels including Penguin, Harper Collins, and Simon & Schuster.
She started writing in middle school, spinning "murder mysteries starring my friends." In college, she majored in creative writing.
She started writing short stores. In 2009 she wrote her first novel. She worked as an English teacher at Gilbert Early College in Arizona. She also taught writing workshops for teenagers.
She is from Utica, New York.
She and Veronica Roth are both famous authors who write young-adult fiction.
