Veteran MTV reality television personalty featured on The Real World: Boston as well as numerous seasons of The Challenge. He is also known for being a party liason and craft beverage specialist for Glo Energy Drink.

He was the point guard of the basketball team at Santa Monica College where he got his AA degree. He then attended the University of Hawaii to earn his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.

He appeared in the music video for the Eminem song "Without Me."

He grew up in Santa Monica, California.

He starred alongside politician Sean Duffy on The Real World: Boston.
