Tümer Metin

ABOUT TüMER METIN

Turkish professional soccer player who is known for his work as an attacking midfielder for the clubs Kerkyra and AEL. He is also known for his work as a left-winger on the Turkish national team.

He started his youth career in 1993 playing for the Kilimli Belediyespor youth club. He then started his senior career in 1994 when he was recruited to join the Zonguldakspor club. He switched to the Samsunspor club in 1997 and later Besiktas in 2001. In 2003, he made his debut with the Turkish national team.

He has won several honors and awards including the Turkish Cup in 2006 and the Super Lig in 2003 with the Besiktas club. He also won the Turkish Super cup in 2007 as part of the Fenerbahce squad.

He was born and raised in Zonguldak, Turkey and shared a photo with his daughter to Instagram in March of 2019.

He and Emre Mor both played for the Turkish national team.
