Tamara Nolet

ABOUT TAMARA NOLET

Gymnastics coach and mother of dancers Abbey Nolet and Briar Nolet .  She earned a national artistic coaching degree and maintained a level 3 certification in spotting, as well as men's and women's artistic style. She is best known for her time as an artistic program director for Canada's National Team.

Her mother coached Canada's Olympic gymnastics team.

She shares family and professional photos on her tamara_nolet Instagram account. She and her daughters are known to host workshops as well.

Her husband Alan Nolet was a gymnast.

Her daughter Briar appeared on the Family Channel series The Next Step alongside Isaac Lupien .
