ABOUT TAMMY O'ROURKE

Actress best known for appearing on the hit TV series Happy Days . She has also been featured in Believe You Can... And You Can!, which was an advertisement for Disneyland , CA's new remodel of Fantasyland in 1983. Additionally, she appeared in the documentary/historical film Heather O'Rourke: She Was Here.

She began taking professional dance classes at the age of 4-years-old. This piloted her introduction to a career in acting and dancing.

She decided to give up acting in high school in order to concentrate on her academics. She now works as a correctional facility nurse in California. She also appeared as a dancer in the 1982 film Annie .

She married husband Charlie Walker in 1991, with whom she has 2 children. Her sister is the late Heather O'Rourke , who notably starred in the 1982 film Poltergeist .

She filmed Believe You Can... And You Can! opposite television star Morey Amsterdam .
