ABOUT TANYA SHATSEVA

Painter who has focused most of her work on metaphysical scenes and dreamlike states. Her first gallery show was Just Carbon at Sally Centigrade Gallery in Denver in September 2016. She has more than 600 followers on her tanyashatseva Instagram account.

She has both modeled and performed as a showgirl in Turkey and the United States.

She started painting freelance full time in 2010.

Her family moved all around Russia when she was growing up.

She and Rene Magritte are both best known as surrealist painters.
