Registered dietician who founded the fiber-rich weight loss program The F-Factor, for which she has been featured on such shows as The View and The Dr. Oz Show. She is the author of the book The F-Factor Diet: Discover the Secret to Permanent Weight Loss (2006).

She earned a master's degree in nutrition and food studies from New York University in 1998.

She has served as the official dietitian to the Miss Universe Organization.

She married Anthony Westreich in 2017.

She has appeared as a nutrition expert on Rachael Ray .
