Former cheerleader and athlete turned content creator who is most recognized by her tchampp Instagram account where she posts different travel and lifestyle-themed content, as well as some women's fitness, boxing, and golfing videos. During her cheerleading career, she worked for the Washington Commanders and the Washington Wizards .

She is a graduate of Bel Air Public High School in Bel Air, Maryland. She later began attending Towson University . She started grad school at University of Baltimore, but did not finish. She worked for the US Government in Washington DC.

She has accumulated just over 9.9 million views on one of his most popular Instagram reels. During that January 14, 2024 Instagram reel, she posted a boxing video. Thus far, she has gained over 450,000 followers on Instagram. She cheered for the Washington Wizards from 2018 to 2020.

She was born and raised in the state of Maryland. She is oldest of two sisters and a younger brother.
