ABOUT TERRY ADLINGTON

Goalkeeper with the English and North American leagues who transitioned into team management.

During his early years in football, he still worked as a part-time electrician.

After the North American Soccer League was established, he moved to the U.S. to join its Baltimore Bays for the 1967 season.

He was born in 1935 in Blackwell, Derbyshire, England.

His grandniece is the double Olympic swimming gold medalist, Rebecca Adlington .
