Canadian actress known for her role as Lindsay Peterson in the popular television series Queer as Folk.
She graduated from York University in Toronto with a BFA in Theatre in 1992.
She sang her first song on the track "In a Heartbeat" for the film Eighteen, which was nominated for a Genie Award.
She was married to Brian Richmond from 1993 to 2009. She came out as bisexual in 2003.
She co-starred with her good friend Michelle Clunie in the television show Queer as Folk.
